Our Client Meaty Manufacturing Pty Ltd is looking to employ a PASTRY COOK/PASTRY CHEF in multiple positions for the venue Beefy’s located in Kunda Park, QLD. The positions will be on a full-time basis with a salary ranging from 60-80K AUD per annum plus superannuation, which will be negotiable to the right candidate.

You will be required to do the following duties:
• Mixing, preparing, weighing and measuring ingredients for the preparation of goods.
• Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings, etc., ensures the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
• Glazing buns and pastries and decorating cakes with cream and icing
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget for management.
• Contributing ideas to the menu & Have involvement in seasonal pastry menu development.
• Check the quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
