Three year Novo Nordic Foundation funded Postdoc on adipose microvascular dysfunction in obesity
• Are you curious to understand, and therapeutically target, gene circuits regulated by obesity-associated microRNAs in adipocytes and adipose endothelial cells in living mice?
• Would you like to receive hands-on training and apply multimodal -OMICS like m(i)RNA Sequencing, utilise proprietary AAV vectors for perturbing miRNA function in selected cell types in obese mice, use computational approaches to predict microRNA-mRNA gene networks in these diseased cell types, and have access to novel transgenic mice for studying cellular crosstalk by secreted microRNAs?
