MAIN DUTIES:

• Provide support and guidance to Fund Administrators in the day-to-day servicing of administration including dealing with technical issues related to the setting up of Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) and other regulated entities incorporated within DTOS.

• Plan and organise workload to ensure timely delivery as per service level agreements and review work for juniors.

• Act as intermediary between clients and other stakeholders and service providers (including regulators, authorities and other financial institutions).

• Co-ordinate and assist with preparation of board meeting materials;

• Attend meeting of directors, shareholders and committee of trustees.

• Monitor compliance with local rules and regulations as well as international best-practices.

• Ensure due diligence exercise are carried out as per established procedures and provision of company secretarial duties are in line with prevailing legislations.
