• Identify and sourcing candidates through Job portals and Reference (Shine, Naukri and LinkedIn).
• Search Resume database for the getting the right candidates fulfilling the requirements of the Vacancy.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies.
• Write and proofread Job Descriptions.
• Recommend new sources for active and passive candidates recruiting.
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
• Use multi-channel approach to recruit.
