Continuous maintaining of each room temperature at desired limit.
• Regular Monitoring of each room temperature and maintains records.
• Design upgradation of duct and venting system. Update of draft plan and heat load calculation.
• Automatic control of temperature with set point for cost reduction and easy process operation.
• Availability of room temperature data to maxim
• Supervise & coordinate maintenance activities to maximize the Section Equipment availability.
• Scheduling of Weekly maintenance & shutdown jobs. Workout to fulfil the material & manpower requirement.
• Troubleshooting and corrective action of Electrical breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal within least possible time.
• Daily Energy monitoring of section Equipment.
• Compliance to all PM checklist, Preventive maintenance of Equipment.
