JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Formulation of annual marketing strategies, communication development for HCP/Patients .
• Execution Excellence in driving specialty (like Peds, Gynae, GP, Dietitians and Pharmacist)

activations/engagements.
• Know how HCP insights are extracted from HCP research and utilize it effectively with a

robust communication/sustainable marketing campaigns.
• Building strong Marketing programs to engage HCPs/Patients effectively. Execute with the

help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing
Programs and also the third-party field force.
• Responsible to identify potential opportunities within community & drive incremental growth

of products with synergy.
• Responsible for the topline and A&P management.
• Build & develop Key Opinion Leaders /influencers all India and utilize relationships for
• shaping market initiatives and for driving sales.
• Manage creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners.
