• Evaluating all retail proposals and taking informed decision basis customer profile analysis.
• Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis.
• Responsible for all the business activities of the dealership in Metro, Urban Semi Urban locations
• To achieve business targets as per vertical guidelines.
• Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered to.
• Ensuring prompt customer service to all customer Dealers in rural markets.
• Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all cases
• Maintaining quality portfolio by ensuring Nil Nonstarters.
• To Ensure 100 % CD collection for the allocated business handled contracts
• To actively participate in Sales Promotion Activities
• Daily reporting to ABM and provide market inputs from his dealerships/ location handled.
• Ensuring proper Field Investigation.
