The Role We are looking for a Supervisor/ Manager for one of our clients in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. Preferably someone who has experience with managing a team previously and wine and coffee knowledge. The Coffee shop manager must oversee the general running of the shop, staff, and the coffee quality and constantly strive to improve the in-store experience. Looking for someone who could be an inspiring leader, a hands-on, front-line professional who leads by example. Will a positive, self-motivated, problem solving attitude and of course with a passion for coffee and wine. This is a great role for someone who has already demonstrated a high level of skill and performance in coffee and hospitality and wants to help nurture others to do the same.
