About The Role

They are currently recruiting for a Wills & Estates Secretary to join their busy team supporting the Head of Department and one solicitor.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
• liaising with clients and legal professionals;
• diary management;
• incoming/outgoing correspondence;
• bring ups;
• preparation of agendas for weekly meetings/file reviews;
• preparing legal documents and correspondence as instructed;
• preparing invoices;
• dictation;
• opening/closing files and general administrative assistance as required.

Qualifications And Experience

They are looking for a self-motivated, responsible and reliable person. To be successful in this role, you will:
• have 12 months experience in a law firm
• possess excellent time management and organisational skills;
• have the ability to provide high level client focused service with a demonstrated attention to detail;
• be proficient with Microsoft Office; and
