• You are the primary telephone contact for all customer inquiries related to car rental services.
• You are an expert in areas such as invoice explanation, complaint management, product advice, and booking.

Your Profile:
• You are open-minded in dealing with customers, addressing their concerns empathetically and with a focus on finding solutions.
• You work conscientiously in line with the client's requirements.
• You are proficient in using common PC applications.
• You have excellent language skills (C1 level) in English, both written and spoken.
