What you will do:
• Work on strategic initiatives regarding the development of RTB House;
• Generate value for our global team by analyzing and optimizing performance of our retargeting campaigns;
• Provide research & analytical support for the most complex cases in the portfolio;
• Conduct A/B tests for the biggest clients worldwide;
• Support creation of automated tools for campaign performance optimization;
• Work on competition analyses.

What we are looking for:
• Experience working in digital marketing or basic knowledge of retargeting;
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and effectively synthesizing information;
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity to understand complex concepts;
• Proactivity, independence, self-motivation, initiative and detail orientation;
• Ability to cooperate with different teams, stakeholders management, good communication skills;
• Ability to manage a process end-to-end;
• Experience in campaign optimization;
