Hospice STNA's participate in the team meetings, documents care, patient response, and observations made during hands-on nursing care when visiting patients and families during the end of life.

Shift Details:
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a backup on-call that includes, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Office located in Green, OH. Travel to office required. Serving patients throughout Medina, Portage, Mahoning, Columbia, Carroll, Tuscarawas, Stark, Wayne, and Summit counties.
