Job Summary

Leads the Channel Sales Development agenda to deliver growth for the channel(s) as assigned. The key responsibility of this role is to accelerate shelf off-take at the customer level through on-time execution of the aligned category/ brand activation sales plan, based on the consumer and channel marketing strategy developed by the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) for the specific channel. Based on the business priorities, this role will be responsible for prioritization, alignment and execution of the above-mentioned activities and plans, leveraging shopper insights that must be regularly captured for the specific channel. It is expected that this role will work closely with the Commercial Development Managers to ensure strong plans and to ensure best in class execution of all sell-out related and brand-visibility initiatives within the assigned channel.
