Exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our fantastic team in Naas.

We are looking for someone driven, organised and entrepreneurial to drive sales and provide excellence in customer service, while motivating and developing their sales team in this extremely busy store.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day to day operations of the store - ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
• Use your commercial acumen to drive and increase store sales, store productivity and control costs.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure that the stores KPI's are consistently delivered.
• Stock management – ensuring stock is received in correctly.
• Intake planning – ensuring weekly deliveries are run smoothly to ensure stock flow.
