• Academic degree in relevant area, including Business Administration or Law.
• At least 5 proven relevant experience in data privacy or related area, preferably in the financial industry with leading institutions, business consultancies or supervisory authorities.
• Knowledge of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ability to translate into operational implications for the UBS Organisation.
• Previous exposure to employee monitoring requirements across EU is a plus.
• Experience with corporate integration projects, milestones planning and tracking timely and high-quality delivery.
• Knowledge of local banking and investment products, services and processes as well as data analytics and privacy aspects is a plus.
• Privacy relevant certification, for example by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP)
