Fish factory worker.

Wage: PLN 21 per hour net.

City of work: Slupsk.

Description of the work process at the enterprise:
The lines are mostly run by women.
The company has two main workshops.
Workshop No. 1 (vacuum packaging of fish fillets) the fillet is already ready for packaging.
Shop workers stand on the line and pack fillets.
Then the packaged pieces of fish are stickered and placed in cardboard boxes for transportation to the finished product warehouse.
Standing work.
Temperature 14-18 degrees (climate control).
Workshop No. 2 (preserved herring) packing fish pieces and adding spices according to the recipe.
Shop workers stand on the line and pack the fillet, spices according to the recipe (they use scales to dose the product).
There are packing standards per person (a box with pieces of herring weighing 10 kg must be packaged in an hour).
From practice, one box takes 40-50 minutes.
