Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Reliability Test - To ensure the sustainability of parts.
• Preparation of concept, design, Installation and Commissioning of new test set up (Mechanical and electrical) as per requirement generated by internal Stakeholders.
• Program Set up for test rigs (Dasy Lab).
• Electrical hardware configuration (VFD, Power supply, relays, PLC Modules etc.)
• Reporting results and validating (Electrical and mechnaical) of parts after testing.
• Mechanical assembly & dismantling specially of Spinning machines parts like Gearbox and Motors.
• Perform scheduled Preventive & Break down maintenance of all testrigs on regular basis.
• Monitoring test parameters and maintain data log.
• Function Test of components.

Your Profile
• B.E Mechatronics/Electrical with minimum 8 years of experience
• Reliability/Life time Test
• Electrical circuit development as per requirement.
