Role Description

This will be a school termly contract, on-site role for a Sports Coach located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Sports Coach will be responsible for leading and coaching athletic teams, developing team practice drills, monitoring the progress of athletes, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all team members.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sports Coach or related role
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of different coaching techniques and strategies, as well as athletic training and conditioning
• Passion for sports and developing athletes to reach their full potential
• Experience working with athletes of all ages and skill levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with athletes, parents, and other staff members
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Bluecard is mandatory
