We are looking for a reliable and qualified candidate to join our Sales team as a Field sales manager.
Responsibilities and roles :

The Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
Generate leads in the open market.
Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

CTC : 2.50 To 3.45 LPA + Incentive + Other benefit
Experience : Minimum 2+ years in Sales and Marketing
Any bachelor’s Degree
Age between 21 to 38
