Green Light Worldwide’s Delivery Team have an urgent requirement for our client who needs an experienced Level 1/2 Service Desk Technician for an engagement, this will be FIFO work 3 days on 12 hour days. Green Light are looking to speak to exceptional people with a passion for technology, and a proven work history providing first class IT customer support.

Responsibilities:

▪ Provide day to day IT support to 30 - 70 users onsite, including call logging, troubleshooting, IT admin tasks such as new user setup, password resets, and PC builds
▪ Support of the IT environment, including servers, systems, networks, and other devices
▪ To assist on various projects and upgrades.
▪ Assist in office moves and changes with respect to the installation and changes to the IT and Voice infrastructures and all associated peripherals
