Job Description
We are looking for skilled and reliable Technicians, including Electricians, Plumbers, and Multi-Technicians, to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems in residential and commercial properties.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work as assigned
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Electrician, Plumber, or Multi-Technician
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems (for multi-technicians)
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
• Technical certification or diploma is preferred
• UAE experience in maintenance or facilities management
