Position: Waiter

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for all customers.
• Key Responsibilities:*

- Greet customers warmly and provide menus.

- Take accurate food and drink orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system.

- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to company standards.

- Answer questions regarding the menu, making recommendations when appropriate.

- Handle special requests or dietary needs with attention to detail.

- Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set before and after service.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

- Process payments and manage cash or credit transactions efficiently.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

- Maintain a professional, polite, and positive attitude at all times.
• Qualifications:*

- Prior experience as a waitress or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for service.
