About UsMillennium Services Group is one of Australia's leading providers of Cleaning, Security and Facilities management services and has been providing exceptional outcomes since our inception in 2003.We offer employees the latest technology, state of the art equipment and people solutions to create excellent working environments, working conditions and continual training and development to progress careers in our company.We pride ourselves on the long-standing partnerships we have with clients, employees and our suppliers, which enables us to make places and spaces better for people every day.The RoleWe’re looking for a passionate and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure our shopping centre remains spotless, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.If you thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces for shoppers and tenants, this role could be a perfect fit.Full‑time position available.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a small team of cleanersEffective task scheduling to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.Assigning duties, conducting spot checks, and ensuring task completion.Supporting staff with guidance and mentorship.Oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations within the store.Meet rotations and KPI's for our client site.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition.Respond to client requests and feedbackMaintain Rosters and provide shift coverage when requiredRecruit and onboard new team membersTaking immediate and appropriate action during accidents or hazards.About YouStrong cleaning experience is required.Experience in supervising and managing a tea,Excellent communication skills (oral and written)Good organizational and time-management skills.Good client management skills.Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Basic computer and phone application knowledge.Ability to verify certain requirements.Knowledge of TBT training, roster management, stock ordering.📌You must have valid work rights in Australia.Why Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
