Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a bakery concept. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B operations, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to lead a team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front and back-of-house operations of the bakery
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Drive sales and profitability through effective planning and promotions
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a bakery or café concept
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of bakery products and trends is a plus
• Ability to manage P&L and drive performance metrics
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
