Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled team of two cleaners for a four-story commercial building on St Patrick St, Toronto, ON M5T 1V1 , with at least 15 years of commercial cleaning experience.

The position requires daily cleaning, 7 days a week, for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes per session per cleaner. This role involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, including cleaning, wiping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming office spaces, lobbies, restrooms, kitchen, and all other common areas.
Cleaning Schedule:
~Starting in June, with the following schedule:
• 7 days a week, with each session lasting approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes per cleaner.
• Monday through Friday: Anytime After 4 PM and before 11 PM.
• Saturday and Sunday: Anytime between 6 AM and 8 PM.

Facility Size:
~Approximately 15,000 sq. ft., four-story commercial building.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 15 years of commercial cleaning experience per cleaner.
• Reliable transportation, as candidates are required to commute to the downtown Toronto location.
• Applicants should be able to reliably commute to St Patrick St, Toronto, ON M5T 1V1 , ideally within about a 20-minute commute, to ensure punctuality and manageable travel times.
• Ability to provide two professional references and a brief work history. Police clearance may be required.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently are critical.
• This is not a cash or subcontractor position.

Total Monthly Compensation:
The team of 2 cleaners will receive a combined gross monthly pay of $2,800 , based on completing approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes of cleaning per day, per cleaner.
