Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Supervisor will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling and Administration: Oversee employee scheduling, manage time-off requests, and ensure all shifts are covered efficiently.
• Client and Employee Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, addressing concerns and inquiries from both clients and employees.
• Compliance and Discipline: Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures; handle commendations and disciplinary actions as necessary in tandem with the Human Resources Department.
• Operational Support: Operate company vehicles, manage expense accounts, and perform other tasks as required.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, train and support the security team, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring team success.

Requirements
• Performance Record: No written warnings, formal complaints, or disciplinary actions within the last 36 months at their previous employer.
• Transportation: Must own a vehicle and hold a Class G Driving License; candidates must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with technology and cloud-based software, including Windows operating systems, Google Workspace, and Android smartphones.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and composition abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple responsibilities in a high-demand work environment.
• Teamwork and Independence: Capable of working independently as well as part of a team, handling confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
• Availability: No restrictions on availability and must maintain an open availability status for the duration of his/her employment with the company.
• Ability and willingness to travel to London, ON's Head Office on bi-weekly basis to participate in staff meetings when necessary.
