Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Residential Plumbers to join our team, starting from first-year apprentices progressing to journeymen. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in construction plumbing and mechanical systems while working on diverse residential projects. As a vital part of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in new and remodeled homes. We prioritize safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork, providing a structured environment for growth and professional development. Paid training and mentorship are integral parts of this position, ensuring you gain hands-on experience every step of the way. Must have own reliable transportation.

Duties
• Assist in the installation and repair of residential plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment to complete tasks efficiently
• Perform maintenance work on existing plumbing systems to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure projects meet safety standards and quality expectations
• Support remodeling projects by installing new piping or upgrading existing systems as directed by senior plumbers

Experience
• Prior experience or exposure to construction sites is highly preferred; however, motivated first-year apprentices are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with construction plumbing practices and basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading enhances your candidacy
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required on residential sites
• Valid driver’s license
