Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in residential properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, identifying faults and proposing effective solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
• Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Install lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and other electrical devices.
• Respond to emergency electrical service calls as needed.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Residential Electrician or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
