We are currently hiring experienced professionals in Export Sales / Export Operations to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and developing export activities, ensuring product quality, and driving business growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct international market research and analyze global market trends
• Develop and implement export strategies based on market needs and customer requirements
• Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and business growth
• Evaluate suppliers and ensure product quality aligns with export standards
• Monitor sorting, packaging, and quality control processes
• Ensure products meet export specifications and international requirements
• Manage the full export cycle from negotiation to shipment
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in exporting frozen vegetables and fruits
• Strong understanding of international markets and export processes
• Excellent command of English
• Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in quality control and supplier evaluation is a plus
• Familiarity with New Cairo is preferred
• Ability to acquire clients from the European market, either through an existing network or by independently identifying and developing new European customers.
