Consilium Contracting Services Ltd are an extremely fast paced 24/7 Multi-Trade contracting company, operating throughout the West of Scotland area, but won’t be restricted to that area alone. They work in Social Housing delivering all types of reactive and response Plumbing Maintenance, Installations & Repairs.

They are looking to add another fully qualified but experienced Reactive Repairs Plumber to the team, they are looking for someone who can and will develop into a working supervisor. Ideally the individual will be familiar with Social Housing. It is essential you and have experience in Maintenance & Reactive Plumbing.

You will travel throughout the Borders region, based in the West of Scotland. The role will consist of, but not restricted to:
• > Social Housing: Void Property upgrades (namely plumbing only works - but you will be asked to assist ither trades from time to time), Reactive Plumbing Repairs, Plumbing upgrades and Installations to homes and respite/care facilities.
• > All type plumbing works must be undertaken to Bathroom, Kitchen Refurbs, Ensuite Upgrades, Medical Adaptations / General Plumbing Installations (WCs/Baths etc).

Please note: You will be required at times "To get the job over the line" and not leave a customer without essential needs. There is an ON-CALL Rota (approximately 1 in 4) for this role, remunerated accordingly.
