What we need
We are seeking experienced and qualified Plumbers and Gas and Heating Engineers to join our team in and around Manchester. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing, gas, and heating systems across various residential settings. The ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical knowledge, practical skills with hand and power tools, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship whilst maintaining a positive and outgoing manner toward customers.

We need people that have a driving license as you will be driving your own van or one of ours from each of your 5 jobs per day.

Responsibilities
• Install, service, and repair plumbing, gas, and heating systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on heating appliances and gas installations
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Keep a relationship with the office for good communication
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organised following health & safety guidelines

Skills
• Proven experience in plumbing, gas fitting, or heating engineering roles
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to plumbing systems, heating units, and gas installations
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs
• Carpentry skills beneficial for custom fittings or modifications
• Valid commercial driving licence preferred for transportation between sites
• Experience with industrial or commercial systems advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
