Job Description
Join our team at Akub, the upcoming modern Palestinian cuisine restaurant in Notting Hill.

Chef Fadi Kattan & his team are looking for a passionate and talented Bartender to join the Akub team which would love to side hustle also the Floor from time to time.

You will be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and passion for authentic food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team and the community.

We are looking for a Bartender who:

- Is able to work autonomously

- is comfortable with Stock Management

- will help the Team in maintaining high standards of service and BOH compliance

- is a Team Player

- is an active listener and has an excellent level of communication

- is passionate about customer service, food and cocktails

- is hands on and able to think on their feet

- is proud of the produce we serve, and wants to be an ambassador for our concept

- is used to dealing with different types of clientele with guests’ satisfaction being the top priority

- has strong training skills and love to develop staff at all levels

- show initiative to take on new challenges and solve problems as they arise.

- be happy to work as part of a team, whilst being able to work independently when required.

What we offer:

week based on 35/40 hours

Mix of single shift and double shift
