• Ensure compliance in areas such as food safety, health & safety, and risk assessments.
• Build positive relationships across the entire team, inspiring them to create memorable experiences for guests.

Our 4‑day working week ensures a strong work‑life balance, with all staff enjoying Sundays, Mondays, and one additional weekday off.
About You

• Have a genuine passion for food and a minimum of two years’ experience as a CDP in a high‑quality, busy kitchen.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with your team.
• Are honest, hardworking, flexible, and a true team player.
• Bring excellent attention to detail and are confident with kitchen paperwork, from stock control to cost reporting (full training provided).

If you love variety, thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen, and take pride in your craft, you'll feel right at home at Brett.
Salary & Benefits
