Duties
• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant and bar activities, ensuring smooth operational flow.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to foster a motivated team environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and promote excellent service.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating current trends and customer preferences.
• Organise promotional events or special offers to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the establishment’s brand image.

Skills
• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles, including supervising teams.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage team dynamics effectively.
• Sound understanding of food production processes within a kitchen environment.
• Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting with hospitality expertise.
• Knowledge of bar operations, including barista experience is advantageous.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently under pressure.

Pay: £35,420.00-£55,876.79 per year
