We’re proud winners of the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2025,
with employee engagement scores 6% higher than the industry average.
That means our people feel heard, supported and set up to succeed — and we work
hard to keep it that way.

This is it. The big one. Your chance to step into a role
with real impact in a business that’s growing faster than you might expect.

This is your moment.

If you’re ready to step up, take more ownership and grow
fast in a business that’s growing even faster — this could be the role that
changes everything.

The role

As an Assistant Manager, you’re a key part of the leadership
team. You’ll support your Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant like you
both own it — driving results, setting standards and building a team that’s
proud of what they do.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role where no two days are
the same. You’ll be right in the action, leading shifts, supporting your crew
and making sure every guest leaves happy.

You’ll:
• Lead
from the front on shift, setting the pace and the standard
• Support
the Restaurant Manager with sales, costs and performance
• Be
guest-obsessed — delivering brilliant experiences, every visit
• Coach,
develop and motivate your team to be their best
• Help
create a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work
• Step
up and take charge when it really counts

And here’s the big one: when we’re looking for our next
Restaurant Managers, we look to our Assistant Managers first. If you’re
ambitious and ready to grow, this role is your launchpad.

What we’re looking for

Being an Assistant Manager isn’t easy — and you already know
that. You’ve got experience in a fast-paced environment, confidence leading
people, and the drive to keep things moving forward.

You’re people-focused, commercially aware and not afraid to
roll your sleeves up. You bring energy, resilience and a can-do attitude — and
you genuinely enjoy helping others grow.

If you can balance high standards with high morale, and you
know how to put the fun into functional, you’ll fit right in.

Why join us?

We’ve got big plans — new openings, industry-leading
development and real progression opportunities. You’ll be supported, challenged
and given the tools to build a career, not just do a job.

When your team wins, you win. And when you’re ready for
more, we’ll be right there with you.

Ready to step up?

If you’re looking for responsibility, progression and a
chance to grow as fast as we are — it might be time to swap crews and join
ours.

Have it your way. Apply now.
