Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Daman for a Quality System Manager.
The Quality System

Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. The role involves conducting quality audits, maintaining documentation, ensuring ISO compliance, addressing non-conformities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality system outcomes.

Qualifications
• Experience in quality management systems, quality audits, and compliance with ISO standards
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, extrusion blow moulding, and injection blow moulding
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in maintaining quality documentation and records
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO Lead Auditor are advantageous
• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
