Need urgent security guard at hospital (male and female required)

As per the Chief Labour Commissioner, the minimum wage for semi-skilled security guards in Schedule-I cities (Delhi, Mumbai) is INR 23,100 per month effective April 2026. This includes basic wage plus variable dearness allowance of INR 4,500 indexed to CPI. Overtime is paid at twice the ordinary rate for hours beyond 48 per week.

Under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act 2005, candidates must be Indian citizens aged 18-60 years, have passed Class 8th standard, and be physically fit with height minimum 165 cm for men and 152 cm for women. Ex-servicemen or police retirees get age relaxation up to 65 years. No prior experience is mandatory but 100-hour training is required post-selection.

Registration on National Career Service portal requires Aadhaar card, PAN card, 10th pass certificate, address proof, and two passport photos. For verification under PSARA, police character certificate and medical fitness certificate from government hospital are mandatory. Upload scanned copies during online registration valid for 3 years.

Under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code 2020, security guards work maximum 8 hours per day and 48 hours per week with one paid weekly off. Annual leave is 15 days after 240 days worked, plus 12 days casual/sick leave. Night shift allowance is INR 50 per shift if between 10 PM and 6 AM.
