Job Description
Perform welding work as per drawings, measurements, and job requirements.
Cut, fit, join, and fabricate metal parts using welding equipment and hand tools.
Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions.
Carry out arc welding, gas welding, MIG, TIG, or other required welding processes.
Prepare materials, align components, and ensure proper fitting before welding.
Inspect welded joints for strength, quality, and accuracy.
Repair damaged metal structures, equipment, or parts as required.
Grind, polish, and finish welded surfaces to meet quality standards.
Check dimensions and maintain accuracy during fabrication and assembly work.
Operate welding machines, gas cutters, grinders, and related tools safely.
Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times during welding operations.
Maintain tools, machines, and work area in valuable condition.
