Location: Various LocationsJob Type: Full-Time / Part-TimePay Rate: To be discussedJob SummaryOasis Custodial Services is hiring a Commercial Porter to provide day-to-day cleaning and maintenance for various commercial properties. The Porter will be responsible for ensuring that common areas of office buildings, shopping plazas, and other commercial locations are clean, orderly, and welcoming.ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness in lobbies, entrances, and high-traffic areas of commercial properties.Vacuum and mop floors, clean windows, and ensure that public spaces are spotless.Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and ensure proper disposal.Restock paper products and toiletries in restrooms and break rooms.Address immediate cleaning needs, such as spills or litter in common areas.Clean and sanitize commercial restrooms and break areas to meet health standardsMaintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas in business settingsAbility to properly use commercial-grade cleaning equipmentFollow specific cleaning protocols for different types of commercial spacesAdhere to safety standards and proper handling of industrial cleaning chemicalsReport any larger maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Porter or in commercial cleaning is preferred.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in busy environments.Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and clients.Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.Flexibility to handle occasional evening or weekend work.How To ApplySubmit your resume and fill in the necessary info below
