At our dedicated Training Centre we train all our employees to our high standards to ensure that they can deliver our services in a professional and safe manner providing the customer with the utmost confidence in our ability to handle their cash and valuables safely and securely. All new drivers attend our 4-day residential training course based in Staffordshire to obtain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification for Cash and Valuables in Transit operations and SIA licence which is supported and funded by the company.Duties IncludeDriving 3.5t vehicles to collect and deliver cash and valuablesSafe handling and transportation of customer’s goodsBuild positive customer relations through impeccable and professional serviceAdherence to safety/company proceduresDelivering high levels of customer serviceCovering various areas across short, medium and long distance, your days can be variedPlease be advised this position involves manual handling on a regular basisRequired Skills / ExperienceCandidates must be able to demonstrate they are trustworthy, responsible and have a methodical approach to work.Valid full UK driving license with min. 2 years driving experience.Previous experience in multi drop preferred but not essential as full training providedAble to provide a 10 year checkable work history (or school leavers age)Flexible approach to working patternsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work as part of a team or lone workingAbility to follow instructions and work to deadlinesSummary Of Benefits£13.37 per hourDouble time for bank holidaysCompany Contribution Pension scheme
