The OpportunityWe are looking for a Trader’s Assistant to join our Hamilton office to provide support for contract execution, inventory management, export documentation and compliance with one of our Commodities Traders.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation – Process contracts, orders, ticketing and invoicing in the trading system to maintain accurate recordsExport Compliance – Prepare and mange export and compliance documentationFinancial Administration – Support accounts payable and receivable administration, following up on overdue accountsRelationship Management & Logistics – Manage relationships with key suppliers, coordinating with providers, operations and traders to ensure timely execution of transactionsCommodities – Gather and share market intelligence, developing knowledge of commodity marketsWhat You'll BringIn order to make this role a success, we are looking for a highly-motivated post-graduate who has a keen sense of interest in building a career in Commodity Trading.Some of the qualifications and capabilities we’re looking for, include:Tertiary qualification (Undergraduate, or Masters) preferably in Supply Chain, Agribusiness, or Commerce.
