• Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.
• Ensure all restrooms are well-stocked and maintained at a high standard of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens and make beds according to established guidelines and standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or required repairs to the supervisor promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
