About this Role

This role is responsible for driving the assigned route vehicle to deliver products and retrieve empties, ensuring timely, accurate service with minimal breakage. It supports the Salesman and is measured by delivery precision, handling care, and efficient collection.

Duties and Responsibilities

Before Routing
• Report to the Sales Office at the prescribed time
• Check truck condition and conduct inspection using the BLOWBAGETS checklist
• Withdraw stocks prepared by the Salesman and sign withdrawal slip
• Clean the truck and assist Helper in loading/unloading containers
• Comply with the Handheld “Before Route” procedure

While Routing
• Secure Sales Invoice prepared by the Pre‑Seller / Salesman
• Turn over Sales Invoice to outlets upon payment completion
• Receive cash and check payments for delivered products
• Ensure safety of passengers and products during transit
• Refuel vehicle using designated fleet card and comply with the Handheld “On Route” procedure

After Routing
• Comply with the Handheld “After Route” procedure and prepare return slips/reports
• Remit payments to Cashier and submit RADAR reports with supporting documents
• Submit settlement documents and obtain new delivery schedules from Dispatcher
• Assist in preparing stocks for next‑day delivery and return fleet card to Logistics Supervisor
• Report truck/engine trouble, prepare repair documents, and assist in sorting empties

Work Schedule
• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Time: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:
• At least High School Graduate (with Diploma)
• Holder of Professional Driver's License with a Restriction Code of ABC or ABCD
• Can drive 4 wheels to 6 wheels (Manual Transmission)
• With Experience in Driving 4 to 6 wheels for at least 2 years
