Maintenance Plumber

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to handle all plumbing related installations, repairs, and maintenance for the Owner’s main residence in Aloguinsan and the Arbee’s Bakeshop Bakery branches.

The role requires a reliable, hands-on, and knowledgeable professional who can ensure that all water systems, pipelines, and fixtures are functioning efficiently and safely. The Master Plumber will be required to travel from the company site to Aloguinsan and to other bakery branches, with transportation provided by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fittings, and fixtures related to water distribution and sanitation systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
• Supervise and guide helpers or maintenance staff when needed.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and any system modifications.
• Coordinate with the Owner or authorized personnel regarding scheduled maintenance or urgent repairs.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies at the Aloguinsan property and other Arbee’s Bakeshop branches.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in good condition.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month

Experience:
• Plumbing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
