Job Description
DESCRIPTION

The specialist will have to ensure the
regulation of the welding machines/parameterization to have the tube accepted
per the API standard indicated in the contract with the X-ray tests, etc…
connected and carried out by the end customer.

He will monitor the welding parameters to
optimize the welding.

Specifically, he will verify the spiral tube’s
formation process with two welding steps. Tack welding and final welding

OEM of welder machines is U&S (Uhrhan –
Schwill) Germany, now Lincoln electrics

He knows the commonly used materials and
relevant welding techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Applicable professional, valid and updated certifications
as per industry standards
