CLEANING SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEAD Job Responsibilities: Manage a team of preschool cleaners & cooks Supervise the cleaning of classroom, toilets, common areas ,office, reception, parents' area, windows, doors, window grilles, gates, shelves, cabinet, shoe racks, cubbies, children's tables and chairs (including dining area) Assist centre management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching of cleaners/cooks. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to ECDA's quality expectations and standards. Flexibility to step in to perform cleaning / maintenance tasks when needed.
