Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Cleaning Otters Pte. Ltd. The Cleaning Assistant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at client sites, including homes, offices, and commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and maintained in good condition.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines while using cleaning chemicals.
• Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Complete assigned tasks within scheduled time frames.

Requirements
• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 10kg.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays if required.
