Partner – Cleaning Services Business

Job Description

We are a newly established cleaning services company in Singapore seeking a Business Partner to support the strategic growth and operational development of the business. The role involves overseeing operations, building client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of the company's cleaning service portfolio.

This position is suitable for candidates with strong operational and business management experience who are interested in developing and scaling a service-based business.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and growth strategy of the cleaning services business
• Identify and secure new cleaning service opportunities and contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients
• Oversee operational performance and service standards across cleaning sites
• Manage budgets, operational costs, and business performance
• Work closely with operations teams to improve service efficiency and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to business planning, process improvements, and service development

Requirements
• Experience in cleaning services, facilities management, or service operations preferred
• Strong business development or operational leadership experience
• Ability to manage client relationships and service contracts
• Good leadership and decision-making skills
