• Logistics Mastery: Weigh, seal, and label packages appropriately while maintaining meticulous records of delivery notes and invoices.
• Inventory & Strategy: Work closely with Marketplace Managers to conduct stock checks and provide insights on inventory flow.
• Creative Collaboration: Assist the marketing team with creative packaging, promotional inserts, and seasonal campaign executions.
• Workspace Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation to optimize fulfillment speed.
Requirements & Preferred Skills
• Operational Mindset: Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Numerical Fluency: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and shipping dimensions.
• Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment.
• Meticulous Detail: You notice the small things that others miss—from a smudged label to a slightly damaged box.
