Your influence on the team will ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. You will be in charge of the entire housekeeping team and ensure due to your excellent knowledge and management skills that all guest rooms and public areas are sufficiently cleaned and up to the high standards. Further you will provide the team members with guidance and training , implement SOPs and ensure well maintained guest facilities.Qualifications At least five years experience as a senior leader in a housekeeping department Experience in a luxury hotel brand Excellent LQA knowledge Fluent in English Eye for detail Passion for developing others
